Keller Williams Metropolitan is more than just a brand it is a culture built on the ideology of improving ourselves and our community. Keller Williams offers several group outings and events each year that are designed to bring communities closer together. Being a part of an organization of more than 300 associates, these corporate outings are an opportunity to get to know fellow associates better and to acquaint us with our clients and the neighborhoods they live in.

The acronym RED stands for Renew, Energize, and Design. RED day is the second Thursday of May when associates work on community projects that are chosen by each individual market center based on a need they see within its community. RED Day is held in honor of Mo Anderson, Vice Chairman of the Board, Keller Williams. It is part of our culture and displays the extraordinary effect a company can have when individuals come together to work as a team for the greater good of everyone.

Keller Williams’ charity, KW Cares is created by and for our employees and their families. KW Cares is intended to help associates in times of need or emergency. The charity is the heart of Keller Williams culture in action. It stands to find and serve the business through charitable giving where Keller Williams associates live and work. These are just a few examples of how Keller Williams serves its associates and communities.
